CoLinux Manager

http://www.biermana.org/index.php?p=54

... allows you to run/manage a colinux instance running as a service from the Windows systray, like the one that installs with Apache-Win32. I guess a logical next step would be to expose other coLinux services, like apache, postgresql, aolserver etc, via a systray app, which would then proxy the calls into the coLinux instance. That would be soooo slick.

I'm very excited about the prospect of coLinux taking on the features of VMWare's $3000+ GSX Server for workgroup-based server consolidation. Also, it has a lot of potential to make things like postgresql's Win32 effort unnecessary.

I think there's at least as much potential in coLinux for fostering Linux adoption in Windows shops as Mono's much higher profile desktop-focused efforts.
